OBJECTIVE
Production of hydrophilic(polyphenols) and lipophilic (Polyunsaturated fatty acids-PUFA and β-carotene) antioxidants with individual cultures of immobilized and free fungal spores by SSF of grape pomace (GP) and brewer's spent grain (BSG).
